Meet Adelaide
Born and raised in Cameroon, Adelaide Tatchemo later moved to France, where she built her family, before making the courageous decision to start a new chapter in the United Kingdom. Arriving with limited English, she faced language barriers, self-doubt and the challenge of rebuilding her confidence in a new country. Rather than allowing those obstacles to define her, she transformed them into the foundation of her life's work.
Today, Adelaide is an international speaker, author, leadership and confidence mentor, and corporate trainer who empowers individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations to communicate with confidence, lead with purpose and create lasting impact. Through keynote speaking, mentoring and tailored training programmes, she helps people develop confident communication, stronger leadership and authentic influence.
Adelaide holds a degree in Social Policy and Pedagogy from the University of Central Lancashire and has invested extensively in professional development, including speaker training with Lisa Nichols in Los Angeles. Her book, Speak Like Power, brings together her personal journey, practical guidance and reflection exercises to help others find their voice, build confidence and speak with purpose.
